The CR137 Improvement Project is underway, with road closures beginning Monday, Sept. 15. Reminder that Maciver Avenue will be closed south of 63rd Street as roundabout construction begins at Marlowe/Maciver and CR137/Maciver. This closure is anticipated to last for 6-8 weeks.
Construction Phases
The project is being constructed in two primary phases:
Stage 1 – Construction of MacIver Roundabout. CR 137 will be closed to thru traffic beginning the week of September 15th.
Stage 2 – Construction of Improvements from I-94 Ramp Terminals to East of Lymon Avenue. The I-94 Ramp terminals will be closed with the exception of westbound access to and from CR 137, which will remain open.
Schedule
Stage 1 – September 2, 2025 – Early November 2025
Stage 2 – Late April/Early May 2026 – Mid August 2026 (Open to Traffic)
Final Trail Construction/Restoration – Mid August 2026 – Late October 2026
