Comprehensive Plan

Otsego's Comprehensive Plan provides a guide for how the community will continue grow and develop in the next 20 years. The Comprehensive Plan is generally updated every ten years or as significant issues arise to reflect changing conditions. Otsego's Comprehensive Plan was most recently updated in 2023 and analyzed all land use elements to create a guide for future decisions on:

•    Residential growth

•    Commercial development

•    Office / Industrial development

•    Sewer and water utilities

•    Parks and open space

•    Transportation
