Community Survey

To gather community feedback and measure satisfaction with city services, the City of Otsego conducted a community survey. The survey included questions on quality of life, public safety, customer service, and other key topics.

Key Findings from 2025

According to survey results, the majority of residents rated Otsego as an excellent or good place to live. The survey
report also found that residents:

  • Report a high level of satisfaction with their overall quality of life in Otsego
  • Identify safety as a key priority and rate it positively
  • Are pleased with City services and local government performance
  • Appreciate the strong sense of community
  • Place high importance on parks and recreation

2021 Community Survey
